UPDATE: Found another resource...at the US Naval Observatory. Go to...
http://aa.usno.navy.mil/
then "Data Services" then "Rise/Set/Transit Times for Major Solar System Objects and Bright Stars". NOW I can calculate the Moon!!!

Use http://aa.usno.navy.mil/cgi-bin/aa_moonill.pl
and http://aa.usno.navy.mil/cgi-bin/aa_mrst.pl
Look for readings between 240 and 277 for Berkeley and SF...

Panoramas : A collection of panorama pics from the last few years.

Here's how you can make your own:
1) On your canon set it to pano mode... and take pics
2) when you get home, get the pics, and use autostitch to put the pics together (free download from www.autostitch.net)
3) open the pano in photoshop to crop, auto level, label, etc.
4) take it to a copy store that can print out these pics on a large format printer

Tips:
1) Take a bunch of pics... it's hard to tell if the autostitch will turn out well or not.
2) I separate the pics out by "date taken" then put the pics in separate folders... in Autostitch, I start out my output size at 25% (go to Options -> edit)...
3) In photoshop, if I'm labeling mtns, use google earth, and National Geo Topo.
4) I go to Copy Central in Berkeley at Shattuck Square... they charge 8$ a sq. foot for matte, 10 for glossy, and 12 for super glossy... the mounting is 4$ per sq. foot. Take the pics on a flash drive, in pdf format (any format will do, but they like the pdf...)
